Strategic Executive Sales Leader

Leadership Principles:

1. Growth Mindset

2. Radical Candor

3. Get It Done & Do It Right

About me

I am a seasoned strategic leader with over 20 years experience in sales, sales development, and both first and second-line sales leadership. Known for bringing passion and process to both baseline and underperforming teams to help transform them into consistent over-achievement engines, I’ve led multiple verticals and segments through go-to-market shifts, organizational change, M&A activity, and complete customer pivots . Having held many leadership roles during the last decade at Salesforce, I’ve averaged over 100% achievement in both quota, YoY growth targets, and pipeline metrics. I’ve done this by following a proven formula that I’m excited to continue to use and sharpen.

In my most recent role as Area Vice President of Digital Products for North American Non Profits, I worked with teams and customers to help provide critical business value to organizations who needed to better serve their customers and constituents. From the smallest NGO start up to the largest billion dollar Non Profits, putting their business challenges and opportunities at the forefront leads to success. Adding $32M in annual revenue during an 18 month period, creating over $125M in pipeline, and increasing average close rates 5% were all important KPIs achieved.

Trust and Development are a huge part of the formula, so creating process that matters was also critical. Creation of a sharing culture via multiple methods, consistent messaging and accountability around sales discipline, and putting the time in were all key elements to success.

In addition, I was honored to serve as the executive sponsor for Vetforce Indy, a program within Salesforce serving both local and employee veterans. I also served on the Indy Site Council- as an executive chosen to represent their functional area as the liaison between Salesforce and our community.

Whether in the boardroom or the community, I am known as a builder of teams, revenue, process, and trust. I’m looking forward to continue using my human-centered leadership to serve my community, organization, customers, and teams.
